About Organize PDF
Arrange a PDF page by page before saving a new copy. Add pages from other PDFs, move pages left or right, rotate a page or remove pages you do not need. The visual thumbnails make it easy to check the sequence of a long document before you commit to a new file.
How to use Organize PDF
- Choose one or more PDFs to load their page previews.
- Use the page controls to reorder, rotate or delete pages; add another PDF when needed.
- Select Save PDF to download the arranged pages.
What to check
The thumbnails help you check the sequence before exporting. Work from a copy of your source documents if page order matters: the originals on your device are not changed. You can combine pages from several files in one session, which makes this tool a flexible alternative to a simple merge.
Limitations
This page works with PDF pages only. It does not edit words, photos or objects inside a page.

Can I combine pages from different PDFs?
Yes. Load each PDF in turn and its pages are added to the workspace, where you can reorder all pages together before saving.
Does organizing change my original file?
No. The tool saves a new PDF and leaves the source files on your device untouched.

Not directly. You can load the same PDF again to add a second copy of its pages, then delete the ones you do not need.
