How to use Edit PDF
- Choose a PDF and enter the text to add.
- Select size and color, then click a page to place the text.
- Click placed text to remove it, or select Save PDF to download the edited copy.
What to check
This is useful for short labels or notes on a page. Zoom in on the exported file to verify alignment if your document has small fields or narrow margins. For structured forms with real fields, PDF Forms gives a more precise result.
Limitations
This editor adds text overlays only. It cannot rewrite existing words, move embedded images or change the original page layout.
