About Excel to PDF
Excel to PDF turns spreadsheets into clean, printable PDF tables. Every worksheet in your XLSX, XLS, ODS or CSV file is converted, with its name as a heading, so the whole workbook can be shared as one document. It all happens in your browser.
How to use Excel to PDF
- Select a spreadsheet from your device.
- Choose landscape for wide sheets or portrait for narrow ones.
- Select Convert to PDF to download the result.
What to check
The PDF shows the calculated values as they are stored in the file, not the formulas behind them. Very wide sheets are scaled to fit the page width, so consider hiding unused columns before converting. To pull figures back out of a PDF later, use PDF to Excel.
Limitations
Charts, cell colours, merged-cell styling and Excel print areas are not carried over. Pages are stored as images, so text is not selectable.
